Please submit this form to be added to the LOBC Keepers of the Keys' Register:
I acknowledge that the safety and security of Live Oaks Bible Church, Inc. (“LOBC”) and its buildings and property are of paramount importance.

I acknowledge that I am being given the responsibility of access to LOBC buildings by means of a KEY and/ or a CODE.

I agree to not give the key or code to anyone else, nor to make any copies of any keys.

Instead, I agree to refer people asking for the key or code to one of the LOBC Keepers of the Keys (Senior Pastor or Church Administrator), for adding to the Building Access Register.
